While the return or refund of D’Elidas hot sauce products is virtually unheard of, we do maintain a policy to allow for this rare possibility.

Should you wish to return your bottle(s) of D’Elidas hot sauce (Really?), You can return the unused portion in original bottle to:

Your purchase price will be refunded less shipping costs.  Returns must be accompanied by your order receipt number generated upon order confirmation to be processed for refund, as well as your full name and contact information including e-mail address you ordered with.
